Terms & Conditions

  • All of the work provided to you by SheerSound; scripts, voice overs, radio imaging, radio shows and movie reviews are the property of SheerSound.

  • Any purchase of these services can be used on radio, TV and the internet at your discretion.

Radio:

  • The music we use has been created by us, and therefore is owned by us.

  • The music is royalty free, however we cannot sell the music to you.

  • Whether it be a cold voice, fully produced commercial or piece of radio imaging, multiple alterations may incur an extra fee.

  • If you own a particular piece of music you would like used, we would need written authorisation to use it.

Streaming:

  • Our online streaming service is a commercial free service.

  • We pay an annual license fee to APRA to have this service on our website.

  • Any unauthorised recording or misuse of this service may incur a penalty or fine.

Movie Reviews:

  • Our movie reviews are voiced and recorded by us, and therefore are owned by us.

  • Any unauthorised recording or misuse of this service may incur a penalty or fine.

Radio Shows:

  • Our radio shows are scripted, voiced, recorded and fully produced by us, and therefore are owned by us.

  • A 12 month contract must be signed to be provided with this service.

 

Usage Terms:

  • What you purchase from SheerSound is yours to freely be used on radio, TV and the internet at your discretion.

Payment:

  • Account clients will be invoiced at the end of each month, with a 14 day payment period.  After 14 days an additional fee may occur.

  • Non-account clients will need to pay the invoice in full before the completed service is sent to you.

  • All rates include GST.

  • Payments can be made by direct deposit.

  • Overdue accounts may incur an overdue fee.
